EMOTIONAL HELP

  Asking for help when we need it… is it important? How many misunderstandings have come from not being able or knowing how to manage and ask for help when the time has come?

  In general (different areas of daily life) we all at some point or situation have needed help from others, either to take the purchase, tie a zipper, solve a problem with a household appliance ... and we do it ... we know who resort and we do it efficiently and effectively ...

  But and when we are sad, discouraged, grumpy perhaps or some moment with a lack of energy to carry out a task ... already known or new ... at this moment ... do we know who to turn to and how to do it? Or on the contrary, do we prefer to make mistakes before asking for help?

  On an emotional level it is important to have people around whom to make an inquiry, a suggestion and also share any questions or requests for help. Asking for help is often seen as unnecessary since, like most adults, we are already prepared to face any unforeseen or possible inconvenience in “our emotional journey”. Any detail or advice also helps us to know ourselves and try to see the situation a little more objectively, thus favoring an easy resolution of it.  

Do we have that “friendly shoulder” that is part of our life and at the same time helps us to be better day by day, situation by situation, moment by moment?
