SELECTION: TECHNICIAN BIDS CIVIL WORKS - REFORMS

TEAMPLUS LOOKS FOR a leading business group and a benchmark within the construction and comprehensive building maintenance sector.

Vacant Position : CIVIL WORKS TENDERS TECHNICIAN - REFORMS

Reporting to : Technical Office Director.

Location : Cornellà de Llobregat.

Hours : Monday to Thursday (from 8 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.) and Friday (8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.). 1 Friday afternoon on call.

Mission : Study and prepare the necessary documentation to submit the assigned bids, in accordance with the guidelines of the Public or Private Organization that submits the bid, in order to obtain the award of the same.

Description and Functions :

• Study of specifications.
• Preparation and presentation of Public Tenders (Generalitat de Catalunya).
• Download the bidding rules, collect information, prepare information in the format and form required in each tender, prepare a customized budget, present it within the stipulated time and follow up.
• Drafting of offers, reports and budgets.
• Management and preparation of small studies and thermal projects (electricity and climate).
• Punctually visit some work/installation for the evaluation of works (in Barcelona).

Requirements :

• Degree in Engineering (Electric specialty valuable).
• Proven experience in a similar position.
• Driving license and own vehicle. (valuable).
• Catalan native level.

Salary :

• based on candidate qualifications and experience.
