Vacant Position : RBLE SUPPLY CHAIN

Location : Martorell- Sant Andreu de la Barca.

Reports to : Industrial/Operations Manager.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Description and Functions :

Manage supply processes, supervise production and administer distribution procedures until reaching the customer, but in many cases, this figure also has an important role in carrying out evaluations and establishing policies and new relationships with others. agents, always keeping in mind that their main objective is to achieve maximum efficiency in each step of the supply chain process, ensuring the highest quality and safety.

• Thus, we can say that the main functions of the Supply Chain Manager are the following:
• Manage the transfer of materials from the supplier to the customer, taking charge of the entire intermediate process.
• Know the demand and select the products that will best satisfy it.
• Manage transportation and distribution, ensuring delivery on time and in perfect condition.
• Negotiate conditions with suppliers.
• Know the locations of suppliers, production facilities, distribution centers... to configure the distribution network.
• Manage inventories and control stock.
• Improve supply chain processes and their efficiency.
• Create a delivery system that guarantees maximum optimal shipments to customers or other manufacturers for subsequent use in the stipulated time and conditions.
• Ensure the image of the brand in everything related to contact with suppliers, and later in the product marketing process.
• Monitor the progress of the company to ensure that it meets general objectives.
• Search, select, hire, train and manage the team of personnel that will work in the field of the supply chain.

Requirements:

• Technical training: University Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Specialized Higher Training in Supply Chain.
• Minimum experience of 4 years in a similar position and sector.
• Experience managing teams and areas/departments.
• B2 level English.
