TEAMBPLUS SELECTION: DTOR/A SUPPLY CHAIN

Company dedicated to the activity in the transformation of steel and derivatives for the automotive sector.

Company with 70 years of experience in the manufacture of parts by cold stamping, welding, tooling and assembly of components for the automotive, white goods and aeronautical sectors, our clients being the main manufacturers.

Vacant Position : SUPPLY CHAIN PLANT DIRECTOR.

Location : Martorell- Sant Andreu de la Barca.

Reports to : Industrial Director/Operations.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Description and Functions :

• Manage the plant's Supply Chain department, to satisfy all the needs of internal and external customers, defining and promoting the best policies and the process to be implemented for each of the key Supply Chain processes.
• Ensure that they manage, develop and implement the main functions of the key processes (customer service, supply, planning, logistics warehouse and pre-series warehouse).
• Lead the different supply chain teams for each business unit or site, to establish the guidelines and objectives to follow, providing support at all times in the key area.
• Lead a team of 100 people: Customer Service Technicians / Procurement Technicians / Production Planning Technician and Warehouse Manager / Production Personnel.

Requirements:

• Technical training: University Degree in Industrial Engineering or ADE.
• Specialized Higher Training in Supply Chain.
• Minimum experience of 4 years in a similar position and sector.
• Knowledge of GESIN, Office automation, ERP's
• Languages: English C1 / German C1.
