TEAMBPLUS SEARCH for Company specialized in automation and robotics solutions for different industries, such as agriculture, automotive, intralogistics and industrial marking.

Vacant Position : Electrical Technician (Industrial Machinery Automotive sector).

Location : Sant Quirze del Vallès.

Reports to : Workshop Manager.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flexible entry/exit time).

Description and Functions :

• Cabinets and Electrical Panels. Assembly, Maintenance and Repair.
• Assembly of machinery following plans for each project and client.
• Design, install and test electrical and mechanical systems. Diagnose and repair problems in electrical and mechanical systems. Perform preventive maintenance on systems and devices to ensure their correct functioning.
• Assembly of electrical panels.
• Solve existing problems on assembly lines and other day-to-day areas. Repair machine breakdowns that cause production stoppages.
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Machinery: preventively/correctively review and maintain assembly lines.
• Improve assembly lines and machinery. Apply the philosophy of continuous improvement to assembly and/or injection machines taking into account safety, ergonomics and optimization.
• Responsible for the order and cleanliness of your workplace.

Requirements:

• GFGS Electricity Training.
• Valuable forklift license.
• Demonstrable experience of 5 years in electrical panel assembly.
• Knowledge of Welding and Lathe is valuable.
• Availability to travel. (6 weeks/year in Spain – visit clients).
