TEAMBPLUS SEARCH for a company specialized in business management and administration:

Vacant Position : PERSONAL ADMINISTRATION TECHNICIAN.

Location : Barcelona.

Hours : Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (possibility of 2 days of teleworking). August intensive day.

Description and Functions :

  • Coordination of the Labor Legal Area.
    • Control compliance with the annual budget.
    • Invoice weekly and report to partners.
    • Lead the application of legislative developments of a labor nature.
  • Client portfolio:
    • Labor Litigation.
    • Collective files: ERES, ERTES, Equality Plans, Digital Disconnection, Protocol against harassment, etc.
    • Consultations of any type within the scope of Labor Law and Social Security.
    • Simulations, pensions and benefits.
    • Visit clients.
  • Represent at the competent jurisdiction level and be responsible for the management of all labor obligations of the Advisory.

 

Requirements :

  • Labor Relations.
  • Previous experience in management, advice and/or consulting specialized in a similar position providing support in the labor area to clients is valuable.
  • Knowledge and use of A3NOM, A3 management systems and other labor and payroll management systems.
  • Medium-high level of English is valuable.

Salary :

  • 25K Annual Gross. (12 PAYS).
