Company with 70 years of experience in the manufacture of parts by cold stamping, welding, tooling and assembly of components for the automotive, white goods and aeronautical sectors, our clients being the main manufacturers.

Vacant Position : ROBOTICS TECHNICIAN.

Location : Santiga. (Saint Perpetua of Mogoda).

Reports to : Maintenance Manager.

Schedule: Monday to Friday rotating shifts M/T/N.

Description and Functions :

Development, maintenance and repair of robots and automated systems.

Design: The robotics technician is responsible for participating in the creation and design of robots, working with engineers and programmers to develop robotic solutions that meet the specific needs of each project.

Programming: once the robot has been designed, the robotics technician is in charge of programming it. This involves creating code that allows the robot to carry out its functions accurately and efficiently.

Maintenance: Robots require periodic maintenance to function properly and avoid breakdowns. The robotics technician is responsible for performing maintenance tasks, such as cleaning components, replacing defective parts, or adjusting sensors. Preventive Maintenance (oil changes, greases, verification, etc.).

Maintenance of welding control networks (Aronet and Serranet).

Repair: In the event of breakdowns or errors in operation, the robotics technician must be able to diagnose the problem and repair it effectively.

Requirements:

• Specialized training in Robotics and Automation.
• Knowledge and experience with YASHAWA, Fanuc, Motoman, ABB and KUKA Robots.
• Knowledge of Arc and Serra Welding, and Aronet, Citoware, Serranet and Fronius equipment.
• Experience in a similar position of more than 3 years is valuable.
