SELECTION: PRODUCTION MANAGER ZARAGOZA

TEAMBPLUS SEARCH for automotive sector plant.

Vacant Position : PRODUCTION PLANT MANAGER.

Location : Pedrola (Zaragoza).

Reports to : CEO.

Mission : Lead the industrial/production area of the company, taking charge of all the productive management of the plant, with special emphasis on the organization of production and control and supervision of its maintenance, ensuring that the plant works smoothly, in a quickly, efficiently and safely following the quality and PRL standards provided.

Schedule:   Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexibility of entries and exits). Plant with 2 fixed work shifts.

Description and Functions :

• Ensure that the production planned in the manufacturing planning is carried out in a timely manner, carrying out the necessary steps to meet the objectives set.
• Participate in the implementation and execution of quality, environmental and occupational risk prevention policies necessary during the manufacturing and production process.
• Management of the human team of the industrial department to ensure that the industrial needs of the plant are correctly coordinated.

Requirements :

• Training Industrial Technical Engineering (valuable specialty Organizations).
• Valuable experience in a similar position of at least 5 years.
• Valuable knowledge of Production Knowledge automotive sector and secondary industries.
• Languages: high Spanish and medium-high English.
• Driving license and own vehicle.
• Knowledge and handling of office automation.
