SELECTION- TECHNICIAN TENDERS- GENCAT- MAINTENANCE

TEAMBPLUS SEEKS for a leading business group and a benchmark in the building works and integral maintenance sector.

Vacant position : GENERALITAT TENDER TECHNICIAN- MAINTENANCE WORKS

Reporting to : Technical Office Director.

Location : Cornellà de Llobregat.

Hours : Monday to Thursday (8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.) and Friday (8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.). 1 Friday afternoon on call.

Mission : Study and prepare the necessary documentation to present the assigned tenders, in accordance with the guidelines of the Public or Private Organization that presents the tender, to obtain the award of the same.

Description and Functions :

• Study of specifications.
• Preparation and presentation of Public Tenders (Generalitat de Catalunya).
• Download tender rules, gather information, prepare information in the format and form required in each tender, prepare a custom budget, submit it within the stipulated time and follow up.
• Drafting offers, reports and budgets.
• Management and preparation of small studies and thermal projects (electricity and climate).
• Occasionally visit a work/installation to assess the work (in Barcelona).

Requirements :

• Degree in Engineering (valuable Electrical specialty).
• Proven experience in a similar position.
• Driving license and own vehicle. (assessable).
• Catalan native level.

Salary :

• from €36,000 BA.
