TEAMBPLUS SEARCH for automotive sector plant.
Vacant Position : DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES.
Location : Pedrola (Zaragoza).
Reports to : CEO and Corporate HR (Belgium).
Mission : The plant human resources manager has ultimate responsibility for all human resource related matters, in close cooperation with the plant manager and the plant management team.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexibility of entries and exits).
Description and Functions :
- Comply with the company's guidelines at the level of team and employee management at the level of Labor Relations, Risk Prevention and Occupational Health and the Environment.
- Implement Labor Relations and PSSL policies in the workforce and specialized team management.
- Work for the Quality of HR Processes as governed by the ISO standard and specific automotive sector.
- Management and Training of technical and cognitive skills for the good development of employees, looking after their job satisfaction, professional career and tailored career plans.
- Budget adjustment of the department for areas of Labor Relations, PRL, Selection, Training and Development.
- Management of the human team of the department looking for their permanent personal and professional development.
Requirements :
- Training in Economics, Law or Psychology with complementary studies in HR, Labor Relations, HR Analytics and Compensation Policies.
- ESSENTIAL minimum experience in a similar position between 5 to 10 years in a company in the AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR.
- Languages: Spanish and fluent English.
- Driving license and own vehicle.
- Knowledge and management of office automation, as well as management of computer tools associated with the HR area and specific software will be positively valued.
