TEAMBPLUS is looking for a company specializing in supplies of materials for industrial facilities.

Vacant Position : MARESME ADMINISTRATION MANAGER.

Reporting to : Head of Administration of Catalonia.

Location : Mataró.

Schedule : Split shift (8am to 7:30pm) and intensive week (morning).

Description and Functions :

-Implementation and control of administrative processes in the different centers.

-Management of collections and payments.

-Billing.

-Accounting for all forms of payment.

-Control and audit of cash procedures.

-Opening and allocation of credit to clients.

-Resolution of administrative incidents.

-Administrative support for sales team.

-Customer debt management.

-Control compliance with work processes in delegation.

-Coordination with the rest of the Group's Central Services departments.

Requirements :

  • Diploma in Business Administration or higher education degree in Administration and Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of AS400, Office Automation (medium-high level Excel) is valued.
  • Valuable high level of Catalan.

Salary : 36K-38K BA.
