TEAMBPLUS is looking for a Dental Prosthesis Laboratory, whose main objective is to be leaders in digital prosthetics by creating top quality prostheses using CAD/CAM facilities.

Vacant Position : LABORATORY ADMINISTRATIVE.

Dependency of : ADDRESS.

Location : Barcelona.

Opening hours : Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Functions :

• Administrative management associated with order preparation and customer service (inputs, outputs, incidents).
• Request quotes and validation of suppliers together with Management.

• Preparation of documentation associated with each client and supplier.
• Physical and virtual file control.
• Recording of work orders, assignment of tasks and projects by prosthetist and client in the operating system and CRM.
• Control delivery times with the client and telephone support.

Requirements :

• Training: Higher Degree in Dental Prosthetics.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a dental technician and administrative assistant in specialized laboratories.
• Advanced knowledge of dental materials and CAD/CAM, Exocad, 3shape or Blender is valued.
• High level of Catalan: spoken and written.

Skills :

• Capacity for continuous learning.
• Communication and customer service skills for internal/external customers.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate.

Salary : 25K BA.
