Vacant Position : ELECTRIC VEHICLE BACK OFFICE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN.

Unit of : ENGINEERING.

Location : Barberà del Vallès.

Hours : Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (or 7 p.m.).

Description and Functions :

In the area of Support for Electric Vehicle chargers, its functions will be:

• Technical and post-sale support (Customers in the Northern Catalunya Region).
• Management of incidents.
• Start-up support.
• Pre-sale consultations with the commercial network and Mysolar.
• Dialogue with central back-office.
• local formations.

Requirements :

• Higher Technical Training (or FP II) Electricity.
• Preferably experience in electric mobility.
• Oriented to constant training.

• Teamwork and Communication skills.
• Customer orientation.
• Autonomy and Flexibility.
• Planification and organization.

Salary : According to Agreement from €30,000 BA.
