Vacant Position : TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER.
PROJECT MANAGER. FTTH projects.

Location : Barcelona.

Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Possibility of hybrid work formula.

Description and Functions :

• Preparation of project status reports and budget control thereof.
• Dealing with clients, contractors and Infrastructure Management Administrations.
• Coordination with the different areas involved in the deployment of the network.
• Design and implementation of special solutions and ad hoc projects.
• Coordination of construction and contractor supervision.
• Document management of the project.
• Project leadership, dialogue, documentation and follow-up with clients.

Requirements:

• Technical training (Technical Telecommunications Engineer or Telecommunications Engineer…)
• Valuable training in Project Management.
• Knowledge of GIS is valuable.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in managing telecommunications projects (planning control, contracts, certifications, planning monitoring, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of fiber optic network deployments (Trunks, Distribution and Access).
• Knowledge of management of existing Telecommunications infrastructure (Framework Contract-TELEFÓNICA).
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN equipment on IP technology in general, networks (TCP/IP): network equipment (switch, router), routing, VLAN, VPN, WiFi, etc.
• Office user level domain.
• Availability to move punctually.
• English: ideal B2.
