TEAMBPLUS SEARCH for a construction sector company.

Vacant Position : ORGANIZATION ASSISTANT. (Assistant Chief Works).

Reporting to : CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - MANAGEMENT.

Location : Sabadell.

Schedule : Split day from Monday to Thursday (8am to 6pm) and intensive Friday until 2:30pm.

Features :

A construction company located in Sabadell is looking for an assistant construction manager to perform the following functions:

Assist the Project Manager in:

- The coordination and organization of the “industrialists”

- Management, comparison of prices/materials and assignment of suppliers and request for quotes.

- Quadrant coordination of construction personnel and assignments.

Assist the Office Technician in:

- Document management with public administration, clients, suppliers, supplies...

- Document management of Safety, Health, PRL and Quality Control.

- Management and issuance and review of invoices with clients, filing and document management.

Requirements :

  • Training – Technical Architecture.
  • Professional Experience: 5 years of experience in the construction sector and similar position and visiting construction sites.
  • Native/advanced level of Catalan: Client management and Official Generalitat Documentation.
  • Office and Presto knowledge.
  • High level of Catalan (spoken and written - document management of public organizations in Catalan and dealing with external clients in Catalan).
  • Driving license.

Salary : €23,960.57 BA.
