TEAMBPLUS SELECTION: ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN - MAINTENANCE

Company with 70 years of experience in the manufacture of parts by cold stamping, welding, die-making and component assembly for the automotive, white goods and aeronautical sectors, with our clients being the main manufacturers.

Vacant Position : ELECTROMECHANICAL.

Location : Santiga/ Barberà del Vallès.

Reports to : Maintenance Manager.

Schedule: rotating shifts M/T/N (change every 2 weeks).

Description and Functions : Resolution of electrical and mechanical faults, improvements in arc and resistance welding installations, and in mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses.

• Carry out electrical and mechanical repairs, modifications and improvements indicated at the electrical and mechanical level to guarantee the operation of the plant's machines and facilities.
• Corrective Maintenance on Serra and Aro welding machines, ABB, Fanuc, Motoman, Yaskawa robotic cells, assembly facilities, general facilities and stamping presses.
• Actions at electrical, pneumatic and mechanical levels.
• Improvements in jobs.
• Preventive electromechanical maintenance of machines and facilities.

Requirements:

• FP II Electronics and/or Electricity.
• Knowledge and experience with arc and spot welding.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial machinery maintenance area.
• Knowledge of general mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics, PLC and HMI programming, Siemens and Omron, industrial electricity and arc and resistance welding.

Estimated salary : from €30,000 Gross Annual (depending on the experience provided by each candidate).
