TEAMBPLUS SELECTION: FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

TEAMBPLUS is looking for a company specializing in automation and robotics solutions for different industries, such as agriculture, automotive, intra-logistics and industrial marking. Staff of 40 people.

Vacant Position : FINANCIAL DIRECTOR.

Location : Sant Quirze del Vallès.

Opening hours : Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday until 4pm.

Description and Functions :

1.- Management of the financial part of new projects and offers. Validation and financial review of ongoing projects. Reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts, VAT settlements. Direct contact with the client for annual closing and other procedures.

2.- Monthly client. Financial reporting to management. Calculation of profitability of operations.

3.- Preparation of the annual budget: Collaborate in the preparation of sales together with the sales department, collaborate in the preparation and coordination of the annual budget with the department heads.

4.- Economic feasibility studies based on medium and long-term projects/clients.

5.- Preparation and execution of the accounting cycle, management of the annual closing, knowledge of corporate tax and annual accounts, accruals, transfer of credit from short to long term, bank reconciliations.

Requirements :

• Degree in Economics / Business Administration / Management.
• Professional Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar position (Accounting and Finance) in the industrial and SME sector.
• Languages: Catalan, Spanish and English: advanced (minimum level B2).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other accounting/financial systems is valued.

Salary :

• €33,000-€35,000 Gross Annual Income.
