TEAMBPLUS SELECTION: LABOR LAWYER

TEAMBPLUS SEARCH for a company specialized in business management and administration:

Vacant Position : LABOR LAWYER.

Location : Barcelona.

Hours : Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (possibility of 2 days of teleworking). August intensive day.

Description and Functions :

• Comprehensive Advice on Labor Matters : They provide advice, guidance and legal representation to both employees and employers. This ensures that both parties are aware of their duties and rights, and that these are enforced in situations ranging from workplace harassment cases to claims for compensation due to a workplace accident.
• Legal Representation in Judicial Procedures : They intervene in judicial procedures related to labor legislation. This can range from individual cases of unjustified dismissal to broader legal processes, such as the negotiation of collective agreements or employment regulation files.
• Social Security Advice : They provide information on legal issues related to Social Security, particularly in cases of disability, retirement and pensions.
• Negotiation of Collective Agreements : They participate in the negotiation of collective agreements, defending the interests of the party they represent, whether it is a company or a union.
• Advice on Employment Contracts : They offer advice on drafting employment contracts, ensuring that they comply with legal requirements regarding working hours, schedules, working conditions and compensation.
• Analysis of Dismissals and Sanctions : They evaluate whether the dismissals and sanctions comply with current labor legislation or if they violate the rights of workers. This can lead to determining whether a dismissal is unfair or whether an employee has the right to be reinstated in their job.
• Claims for Amounts Due : They are responsible for managing claims related to salaries, compensation and other pending payments 1 2 3 .

Requirements :

• Degree in law. Labor Law Specialty.
• Previous experience in management, advice and/or consulting specialized in a similar position providing support in the labor area to clients is valuable.
• Knowledge and use of management systems and CRM, Office automation.
• Medium-high level of English is valuable.
