TEAMBPLUS SELECTION: MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Mission : Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment or systems, buildings and infrastructure to guarantee the maximum quantity and quality of production, with maximum prevention and safety of workers and protection of the environment, while supporting policies , goals and objectives of the company.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Description and Functions :

Comply with and ensure that all employees comply with quality regulations by actively participating in layered audits when appropriate.

Comply with and make all people in the company comply with the prevention, safety and occupational health standards, as well as the environment, as well as actively participate in the audits established on the matter.

Prepare the department's annual budget based on human, material and technical needs, as well as periodically control and monitor it.

Manage the people made available efficiently and effectively, proposing group or individual development plans to ensure the necessary technical and skills training.

Actively participate in management, departmental, and project meetings for the purposes of monitoring established actions, strategies, and objectives.

Inform and communicate to the department by facilitating the downward, upward and transversal flow of information-communication so that it is fluid and encouraging participation.

Maintain the plant's machinery, facilities and buildings in optimal condition

Implement the necessary programs and procedures to ensure the cleanliness of the plant.

Plan and implement plant improvements and expansions or reorganizations.

Constantly monitor and track the operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime.

Establish and manage a maintenance program in advance of resolving issues in a timely manner and identify opportunities for improvement by applying preventive and predictive maintenance methods.

Business control; Support the business with (profitability) analysis, financial reports and analytical business information.

Management of costs, expenses and margins in Sales, Purchasing and reporting at local and corporate level (English).

Prepare group reports and analysis of all plant variables.

Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and business planning for the entity and each department.

Help the rest of the departments analyze costs and expenses, people management and annual assumption of objectives set with management.

Requirements :

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Master's degree or complementary studies in the field of electrical, mechanical, electronic maintenance or reactive, preventive and predictive maintenance management systems is desirable.
• Computer skills including Excel, Windows, Word, Office.
• Knowledge of quality standards, practices and techniques in maintenance and, preferably, in production.
• Solid knowledge of lean production principles, tools and systems: KPIs, PDCAs, audits, 5S, standardized work, visual management, workflows.
• Familiar with the different core tools used in the automotive sector: 8Ds, 5Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, QRQC, APQP, SPC, MSA, PPAP.
• Experience in the Industrial sector in a similar position of more than 10 years accredited.
• Advanced English level. (Official language of the job daily).
• Driving license and own vehicle.
• Residence in the province of Zaragoza.
