TEAMBPLUS SELECTION: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - USEFUL WELDING ADJUSTMENTS

Company dedicated to the transformation of steel and derivatives for the automotive sector.

Company with 70 years of experience in the manufacture of parts by cold stamping, welding, die-making and component assembly for the automotive, white goods and aeronautical sectors, with our clients being the main manufacturers.

Vacant Position : WELDING USABLE ADJUSTMENTS TECHNICIAN.

Location : Santiga/ Martorell.

Reports to : Shift Manager.

Schedule: rotating shifts M/T/N (change every 2 weeks).

Description and Functions :

  • Ensure the adjustment of arc welding and resistance welding tools in robotic installations, in welding and riveting presses to ensure the geometry of the assemblies.
  • Carry out second-level preventive measures to ensure the good condition of the machinery park and avoid potential breakdowns.
  • Ensure the implementation of new tools to ensure the correct transition to series production of new references.
  • Propose technical improvements to the person directly responsible that allow for the optimization of processes at the level of Safety, Quality and Productivity.
  • Verify that the parameters programmed in the control are those produced by the welding clamp/press, using a current probe and pressure gauge in the welding processes to ensure that they are correct.
  • Verify that the parameters programmed in the riveting control are those actually produced, to ensure that they are correct.

Requirements:

  • CGSM Training Maintenance and Production Services.
  • More than 3 years of experience in a similar position and business sector.
  • Advanced mechanical knowledge of adjustment and commissioning of welding tools.
  • Knowledge of manual TIG/MIG welding.

Estimated Salary : 26K-33K BA.
