CONSTRUCTION SECTOR - SABADELL

TEAMBPLUS SEEKS for a company in the construction sector.
Vacant Position: 1ST CONSTRUCTION OFFICER.
Dependency of : CONSTRUCTION MANAGER.
Location: Sabadell.
Opening hours : Monday to Thursday from 8am to 6pm and Friday from 8am to 2:30pm.
Functions:
Work on private projects in Sabadell or Vallès Occidental:
Laying of tiling and flooring.
Layout of tiling, brick walls, use of plumb lines, levels, squares... according to instructions from the foreman or site manager
Construction of load-bearing walls, enclosures, interior partitions made of ceramic or concrete blocks.
Installation of exposed brickwork.
Interior and exterior plastering on facades.
Concrete pouring of floors, slabs, and plates according to indicated levels or slopes.
Installation of shower trays. Installation and connection of buried PVC drainage.
Follow the guidelines of the Site Manager and Technical Architect specific to each project and/or renovation.
Ensure the quality of the work carried out.
Control the proper use and maintenance of tools.
Check the cleanliness of tools and work at the end of each day.
Provision of material.
Organization and planning of the tasks to be performed.
Requirements:
- Education: EGB/ ESO.
- Occupational risk prevention training (minimum 20 hours).
- Professional Experience: 15 years of experience as a construction officer; 5 years performing tasks of a first-class construction officer.
- Valuable experience in private construction and renovations: installation of SATE, asphalt fabric, 60-hour PRL training.- Languages: Catalan and Spanish.- Driving license and own vehicle.

Salary: between 24K and 28K BA.
