TEAMBPLUS SEARCH for a company specialized in business management and administration:
Vacant Position : PERSONAL ADMINISTRATION TECHNICIAN.
Location : Barcelona.
Hours : Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (possibility of 2 days of teleworking). August intensive day.
Description and Functions :
- Coordination of the Labor Legal Area.
- Control compliance with the annual budget.
- Invoice weekly and report to partners.
- Lead the application of legislative developments of a labor nature.
- Client portfolio:
- Labor Litigation.
- Collective files: ERES, ERTES, Equality Plans, Digital Disconnection, Protocol against harassment, etc.
- Consultations of any type within the scope of Labor Law and Social Security.
- Simulations, pensions and benefits.
- Visit clients.
- Represent at the competent jurisdiction level and be responsible for the management of all labor obligations of the Advisory.
Requirements :
- Labor Relations.
- Previous experience in management, advice and/or consulting specialized in a similar position providing support in the labor area to clients is valuable.
- Knowledge and use of A3NOM, A3 management systems and other labor and payroll management systems.
- Medium-high level of English is valuable.

Salary :
- 25K Annual Gross. (12 PAYS).
