TEAMBPLUS SEARCH for Specialized company specialized in the manufacture of high quality and precision metal assemblies, components and parts. Services ranging from design to production, using processes such as Punching, Laser Cutting, Bending, Curving, Rolling, Welding, Finishing and Treatments.

Vacant Position: PLANT HEAD.

Location : GRANOLLERS.

Reports to : General Management.

Hours: Monday to Friday

Description and Functions :

He will ensure that orders are served on time, quality and deadline. As well as ensuring that the Work Orders are properly closed, defining the optimal layput for each moment and keeping the production team motivated.

- Plan Work Orders daily per machine.

- Ensure closure of Work Orders, guaranteeing the optimal number of hours and materials to be used for correct production and service.

- Management of personnel in charge (production/maintenance area).

- Optimization of production times, costs and with the highest quality.

- Maintain maintenance standards.

Requirements:

• Engineering Training Specialty Mechanics.
• Knowledge of laser, folding, welding and 5S.
• Minimum 5 years in a Production Coordinator / Manager position is valuable.
• Languages: Spanish / Advanced Catalan.

Estimated salary : 38K-40K BA.
