TEAMBPLUS SELECTION: PLANT MANAGER

TEAMBPLUS IS LOOKING FOR A specialized company specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality and precision metal parts, components and assemblies.

Services range from design to production, using processes such as Punching, Laser Cutting, Bending, Curving, Rolling, Welding, Finishing and Treatments.

Vacant Position: PLANT MANAGER.

Location : GRANOLLERS.

Reports to : General Management.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (split schedule).

Description and Functions :

He/she will ensure that orders are served on time, with quality and deadlines. He/she will also ensure that work orders are duly closed, define the optimal layout for each moment and keep the production team motivated.

- Plan Work Orders daily by machine.

- Ensure closure of work orders, guaranteeing the optimal number of hours and materials to be used for correct production and service.

- Management of staff in charge (30 pax in 4 work shifts).

- Optimization of production times, costs and with the highest quality.

- Maintain maintenance standards.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Training.
• Knowledge of laser, bending, welding and 5S.
• Minimum of 5 years in Plant and/or Production Manager position is valued.
• Languages: Spanish / Advanced Catalan.

  Estimated Salary : 38K-40K BA.
