TEAMBPLUS SELECTION: PLASTIC INJECTION TECHNICIAN

Vacant Position : PLASTIC INJECTION TECHNICIAN.

Location : Banyeres del Penedès (Tarragona).

Reports to : Plant Manager.

Schedule: Available from Monday to Sunday. Shift changes.

(Monday to Friday in rotating morning, afternoon and night shifts, the other 2 teams work 12 hours on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.)

Description and Functions :

Mission:

Ensure the correct manufacturing of the products entrusted to it, respecting the quality standards of the products and the deadlines defined by BRC policy.

Main functions:

• Carry out mold changes on plastic injection machinery and start up the machinery.
• Distribute and coordinate work and activities among team members, based on the logistics manufacturing schedule and according to the instructions of the production department (teams of 3-4 people).
• Monitor the progress of work, respecting established deadlines and quality standards.
• Check the status and report any breakdown, anomaly or malfunction of tools, machines and equipment so that they can be repaired or replaced.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the workplace.
• Complete the activity production report daily for the production manager, explaining deviations from standards, incidents, delays, waste, etc.
• Perform production entry in SAP.

Requirements :

• Previous experience performing mold changes, basic machinery maintenance and start-up of production machines or similar functions.
• Availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday is essential (Monday to Friday schedule or weekend and holiday schedule).
• Previous experience with injection machinery (plastic or aluminum) is valued.
• Valuable experience with robots.
• Proactive and organized person, with the ability to lead small teams.
• Knowledge of SAP will be valued positively.
• Residence near Banyeres el Penedès / Vendrell.
