Vacant Position: PRODUCTION & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR.

Location : GRANOLLERS.

Reports to : Plant Manager.

Hours: Monday to Friday

Description and Functions :

The Production and Logistics Coordinator will play a fundamental role in the planning, supervision and execution of the company's operations, as well as in the management of internal logistics. This role involves coordinating multiple tasks, from distributing tasks to monitoring production and managing relationships with customers and suppliers. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency and compliance with quality standards.

• Manage customer orders as well as confirm delivery dates.
• Distribute the tasks to be carried out to the two work shifts (7 people).
• Collaborate and manage suppliers to ensure material on time and be able to plan workloads.
• Collaborate with the client to manage the materials they obtain.
• Facilitate internal logistics, ensuring that assembly people have the necessary material, information and tools.
• Control of daily and monthly production.
• Ensure the quality of the work performed.
• Maintain order in the workshop and warehouse areas.

Requirements:

• Electronic Specialty Engineering Training.
• 5 years of previous experience in the functions described will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP linked to production/Logistics.
• Languages: Spanish / Advanced Catalan.

• Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a team and effectively manage staff.

Estimated salary : 35K-38K BA.
