TEAMBPLUS SELECTION: QUALITY RESPONSIBLE

Vacant Position : QUALITY MANAGER.

Location : CADRETE (ZARAGOZA).

Reports to : Double dependency (Plant Manager & Group Quality Director).

Mission : Quality management to support the production plant.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flexibility of arrivals and departures).

Description and Functions :

• Guarantee the deployment of the group's Quality document management system in the assigned work center, enforcing the process, procedures, instructions, etc. at all times, guaranteeing its adaptation to expectations and requirements.
• Ensure and supervise the implementation of quality standards for each of the department's key processes, managing incidents that arise and proposing improvement action plans with the plant's operational team.
• Ensure compliance with requalification and product audits to ensure that client requirements continue to be met.
• Guarantee that the necessary steps related to the environment are made.
• Lead and coordinate the plant's Quality team (9 people; Metrologist, Quality Inspector, Laboratory Technician, Reprocessing and Transfer Operator).
• Define Quality and environmental KPIs that allow for the necessary monitoring of quality policies and ensure that they are followed and made known in the organization.
• Visits to clients guaranteeing the premises of product quality and its development.

Requirements :

• Industrial Technical Engineering Training (valuable Organizations specialty).
• Minimum experience in a similar position of 3-5 years is valuable.
• Valuable Knowledge of the Stamping and Welding Production Process. Core Tools, VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5.
• Languages: High English (C1).
• Driving license and own vehicle.
• Knowledge and management of office automation.
