TEAMBPLUS SELECTION: QUALITY TECHNICIAN

TEAMBPLUS SEARCH for Company specialized in the manufacture and sale of automotive material (soundproofing parts and roof insulating covers).

Vacant Position : PROCESS QUALITY TECHNICIAN.

Location : Sabadell.

Reports to : Quality Manager.

Schedule: Split schedule 9AM TO 5PM (if there is 1 person) in case of 2 technicians rotating shifts M/T.

Description and Functions :

• Ensure Quality in the production process and in the finished product.
• Ensure that production complies with IATF Standard 16949 / ISO 9001, Quality standards and customer, safety and environmental requirements.
• Interpret product specifications, standards, control plans and ensure their application in the production plant.
• Document management linked to Production / Quality. Reception of Raw Material. Calibration management
• Detect risks in production and anticipate possible problems or the appearance of defects.
• Participate in problem-solving teams. QRQC / 5 WHY / 8D… Used to working as a team
• Carrying out product and process audits.

Requirements:

• Medium or Higher Quality Training Cycle Qualification.
• 2 years of previous experience in the functions described will be valued, and valuable experience in the automotive sector.
• Office package: Word and Excel for reports, action tracking and document management
• Languages: Advanced Spanish, basic English and conversational French.
