TEAMBPLUS SELECTION; QUALITY TECHNICIAN

TEAMBPLUS IS LOOKING FOR A COMPANY SPECIFIED IN THE MANUFACTURE AND SALE OF AUTOMOBILE MATERIALS (SOUNDPROOFING PARTS AND ROOF INSULATION COVERS).

Vacant Position : PROCESS QUALITY TECHNICIAN.

Location : Sabadell.

Reports to : Quality Manager.

Schedule: Split schedule 9AM to 5PM (1 year) and then rotating shifts (Morning and Afternoon).

Description and Functions :

• Ensure quality in the production process and in the finished product.
• Ensure that production complies with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001, Quality standards and customer, safety and environmental requirements.
• Interpret product specifications, standards, control plans and ensure their application in the production plant.
• Document management linked to Production / Quality. Reception of raw materials. Calibration management
• Detect risks in production and anticipate possible problems or the appearance of defects.
• Participate in problem-solving teams. QRQC / 5 WHY / 8D… Accustomed to working in a team
• Conducting product and process audits.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Intermediate or Higher Quality Vocational Training.
• 2 years of prior experience in the described functions will be valued, as well as experience in the automotive sector.
• Office package: Word and Excel for reports, action tracking and document management
• Languages: Advanced Spanish, Basic English and Conversational French.
