Vacant Position : DUTCHING MANAGER.

Location : CADRETE (ZARAGOZA).

Reports to : Industrial Director.

Mission : Guarantee the proper functioning of the plant by delivering the matrices in the required time and quality, according to internal procedures and following the risk prevention law existing in the company. Managing the department's work team to ensure a high level of service in the plant.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flexibility of arrivals and departures).

Description and Functions :

• Guarantee the proper functioning of the department, planning the department's interventions in the most efficient way and solving problems that may arise at a human and technical level.
• Manage the work team taking into account the rules and procedures established for proper functioning (milling specialists, technical office designer, administrative).
• Comply with the standard established in the ISMS policy (Information Security Management System) by assuming responsibilities and following the standards established in the Group's ISMS Manual (MAN-SGSI-1).
• Carry out the annual planning of the die-making department to correctly manage the department.
• Actively participate in daily operational meetings to ensure the synergies of the different functional departments, guaranteeing the smooth running of production.

Requirements :

• Industrial Technical Engineering Training (valuable Organizations specialty).
• Minimum experience in a similar position of 3-5 years is valuable.
• Valuable Knowledge of CAD and CAM design programs, transfer and progressive presses, interpretation of 2D and 3D plans, and analysis of Three-Dimensional Reports, Office automation.
• Driving license and own vehicle.
