TEAMPLUS SEARCHES for the automotive sector plant.

Vacant Position : PLANT INDUSTRIAL DIRECTOR.

Location : Figueruelas (Zaragoza).

Reports to : Plant Manager.

Mission : Direct the industrial area of the company, taking charge of all the productive management of the plant, with a special emphasis on the organization of production (presses, welding and assembly), process engineering, the tooling workshop and maintenance, and human, ensuring that the plant works smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely, following the expected quality and PRL standards.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flexible arrivals and departures)

Description and Functions :

• Ensure that the production foreseen in the manufacturing planning is delivered in a timely manner, carrying out the necessary steps to meet the objectives set.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the Tooling and Maintenance departments.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the process engineering department.
• Implement and execute the quality, environment and occupational risk prevention policies necessary during the manufacturing process.
• Management of the human team of the industrial department to guarantee that the industrial needs of the plant are correctly coordinated.

Requirements :

• Training Industrial Technical Engineering (specialty Organizations valuable).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position is desirable.
• Valuable knowledge of Knowledge of Presses (1000Tn) and Welding.
• Languages: High English and valuable medium-high level German.
• Driving license and own vehicle.
• Knowledge and management of office automation.
