TIME
10/03/2020
Time and its perception is as special, particular and subjective as the number of people that exist.
We could differentiate 2 types of time; the chronological time, corresponding to that time marks an age, some routines, a development closely linked to the society where we are. And second to personal time; understanding as such to what we dedicate our efforts, illusions and above all as we prioritize it.
If we focus on the second term or type and look around, we will realize that almost automatically and without giving importance we make decisions where we indirectly allocate time. We used to move like "mere" robots ... with very stipulated and marked guidelines moved by many times WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM US.
Leaving aside labor / economic issues (especially in Western society where we are and the moment we live), do we dedicate some time to ourselves?
For this we propose an exercise of thinking 2 minutes ... (better late in the day, before bedtime) ... and think what action we have done this day where we have really been aware of what we have dedicated "our" time?
The day has 24 hours ... and what do we allocate ...? What role do we play in each case?
