Vacant Position : CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/AIR CONDITIONING AND FLUIDS PROJECT ENGINEER

with technical orientation, backed by the right tools, the guarantee and quality of our products/services, work for growth objectives, market leadership and work capacity.

Location : Pedrola (Zaragoza).

Hours : Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Description and Functions :

• Technical and economic control of works such as industrial air conditioning, fire protection and fluid transport pipes.
• Elaboration of Offers (at a technical and economic level) according to the client's specifications.
• Preparation Launch of Works with cost control, bid management, suppliers and subcontractors, media forecast and planning.
• Execution of works with meetings with clients, control of supporting calculations, project status report, project quality control and possible identification and correction of problems, technical support to managers and personnel during installations. Manage specific client certifications following the current legislation for each installation.
• Prepare and submit documentation associated with each work and specific to each client and service.
• Tasks oriented to knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.

Requirements :

• Training Mechanical Engineering Specialty in energy and fluids. HVAC.
• Knowledge and management at the computer level of office package, Autocad, CAD, SolidWorks and Presto.
• Experience in a similar and creditable position of at least 3 years and projects with works valued at more than €1M.
• Availability to travel and carry client projects in Aragon, Navarra, Catalonia and in the near future other areas of Spain.
• Intermediate English level.
• Driving license and own vehicle. (company vehicle will be available for visits to clients).
• Knowledge and management of office automation.
