TEAMBPLUS SEEKS for a company in the construction sector.
Vacant Position : ADMINISTRATIVE.
Dependency : TECHNICAL OFFICE / MANAGEMENT.
Location : Sabadell.
Opening hours : Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm (possibility of extending to 6 or 8 hours in the long term).
Functions :
- Billing Support: management of issued and received invoices.
- Incident management and accounting assistance.
- Management and control of payments and collections; Payment of invoices and taxes.
- Documentation: For workers, accounting, suppliers, administrative support, construction department.
- Supplies management (water, electricity, telephone).
- Time control.
- Support Management and Construction Managers (agenda, tasks, assignments, suppliers, materials, personnel).
Requirements :
- Training – ADMINISTRATION.
- Professional Experience: 5 years of verifiable experience as an Administrator.
- Native/advanced level of Catalan.
- High level Excel knowledge (dynamic tables).
Skills :
- Capacity for continuous learning.
- Communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate.
Salary : €12,200 Gross Annual (part-time contract, 4 hours/day).
