TEAMBPLUS SEEKS for a company in the construction sector.

Vacant Position : ADMINISTRATIVE.

Dependency : TECHNICAL OFFICE / MANAGEMENT.

Location : Sabadell.

Opening hours : Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm (possibility of extending to 6 or 8 hours in the long term).

Functions :

  • Billing Support: management of issued and received invoices.
  • Incident management and accounting assistance.
  • Management and control of payments and collections; Payment of invoices and taxes.
  • Documentation: For workers, accounting, suppliers, administrative support, construction department.
  • Supplies management (water, electricity, telephone).
  • Time control.
  • Support Management and Construction Managers (agenda, tasks, assignments, suppliers, materials, personnel).

Requirements :

  • Training – ADMINISTRATION.
  • Professional Experience: 5 years of verifiable experience as an Administrator.
  • Native/advanced level of Catalan.
  • High level Excel knowledge (dynamic tables).

Skills :

  • Capacity for continuous learning.
  • Communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate.

Salary : €12,200 Gross Annual (part-time contract, 4 hours/day).
