Vacant Position : PROJECT ASSISTANT- DATA ANALYST

Localització : Rubí (08191).

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer.

Opening hours: Monday to Thursday flexible hours and intensive Friday until 4 pm.

Hybrid work: After 4 months of initial training, hybrid work formula: 3 days of face-to-face work and 2 days of teleworking.

Contract: Indefinit.

Description & Functions:

Maintain management de projecte en totes les perspectivas i suport a les operacions en el nivell de Quality and legislation adapted per all country, project and/or client.

Prepareu la informació adaptada contenta la demanda dels clients: preparació de documentació en formats requerits per audit, preparació de personalitzades reports s exhaustive information on el producte/project i l'associació legislativa.

Basic communication of the project with the Operations and Test Engineer area.

Cooperate in the improvement of the administrative activities of the project.

Provideix suport i assistència a les operacions internacionals d'International Company, basades en Rubí i Netherlands. Adaptació d'content per a les necessitats d'un client i platform.

Occasional suport a la gestió d'àrea i altres assistants managers en el nivell de billing management, sending invoices i procedures with clients.

Requirements:

- CFGS Training in Administration and Finance o similar.

- Minimum experience of 2 years performing the tasks described in the offer.

- High proficiency in Office Automation, valorable ERP de Customer/Supplier Management, company.

- Advanced level English. (Official language, company and customers).
